Dr. Hyung Joo Noh is an accomplished Consultant in Plastic, Cosmetic, and Reconstructive Surgery with extensive expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. He has served as a professor in the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Department at Asan Medical Center and worked with leading plastic surgery clinics in Korea.
