Announcement of the Launch of the “Youth Award for Scientific Research and Innovation” under the patronage of UHS

The University of Sharjah announced the launch of the “Youth Award for Scientific Research and Innovation” under the theme “With Youth, We Can”, through the Community Relations for Scientific Research Section at the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Studies. 

The award was officially launched during a ceremony held to introduce the award, its objectives, categories, and its role in supporting scientific research and innovation and empowering young people by providing resources and opportunities that help prepare them to become leaders in the fields of research and innovation at both local and international levels. 

The award aims to motivate students and young researchers to innovate, support their research projects, and enhance academic collaboration through two main categories: Innovative Projects and Innovative Ideas. 

The award is supported by a distinguished group of strategic sponsors and community partners, including University Hospital Sharjah, Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC), Huawei, the Emirates Researchers Center for Research and Studies, the Federal Youth Authority, and the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa).
