" Your Summer With Us" event by the Sharjah Youth Centers
University Hospital Sharjah team participated in the " Your Summer With Us" event organized by the Sharjah Youth Centers. Ms. Afra Al Mashghouni, Clinical dietician, gave a lecture on "Healthy Nutrition" to the youth aged 13-18 to raise awareness about the importance of proper nutrition and the dietary systems that should be followed for better health.
"Your Summer in Al Batayeh is Cool" Event
University Hospital Sharjah team participated in the "Your Summer in Al Batayeh is Cool" event at Al Batayeh Municipality. Dr. Manzoor Ahmed, a Consultant Pediatrician, gave an awareness lecture on "The Effects of Sunlight and How to Protect from it." Additionally, our team provided medical screenings to the employees.

The workshop titled "Towards Safe Practice of Medical Procedures Using Anesthetic Drugs" commenced on the morning of Friday, July 7, 2024, under the patronage of Dr. Khalifa Al Nuaimi, UHS CEO, Prof. Hakam Yassin, UHS Medical Director, Prof. Ahmed Sharab, Head of the Anesthesia Department, and members of the Anesthesia Department at the University Hospital Sharjah.

Sharjah Police Science Academy Visit
University Hospital Sharjah was honored by visiting students from the Sharjah Police Science Academy as part of the academy's summer program "Friends of the Police, 37th Session." The program aims to educate children on community aspects. The students visited the children's ward in the hospital and presented gifts to enhance community bonding and lift the spirits of the sick children.
