Should have qualification in any Medical field. Have Coding knowledge and should have the experience in UAE in similar position for atleast 4 years.  Should be able to independently handle Claim submissions, re-submissions, reconciliations.  Good MS Office skills an added advantage.

Further certification may be required. Prior experience in a healthcare facility required. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Compassionate with sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical software systems. Ability to handle stress and work shifts.
