In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the University Hospital Sharjah team was present at the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority headquarters during a health event for employees. Our team delivered an educational lecture on breast cancer, emphasizing the importance of regular self-examinations and key tips to reduce the risk of developing breast cancer. Additionally, our team provided a range of medical check-ups for the employees.
Breast Cancer awareness and self-examination workshop in collaboration with the SHA
UHS, in collaboration with the Sharjah Health Authority, organized an awareness workshop aimed at increasing awareness of the importance of regular self-examination for early detection of breast cancer.
During the workshop, Dr. Abeer Al Qudra, Obstetrics and Gynecology Doctor, provided comprehensive information about the symptoms of breast cancer and ways to prevent it.
