Collaborating with the Friends of Arthritis Patients Society, the Sharjah University Hospital team participated yesterday 25th Feb in the 11th annual Marathon 2024 under the slogan “Movement is Life,” to encourage community members to engage in physical activity and movement. Our team provided a set of medical screenings and nutritional consultations about the diets that should be followed for better health.

Ms. Maisa Odeh, a clinical dietitian, delivered an informative lecture about proper nutrition to manage hypertension issues. Additionally, our team provided a group of medical screenings for the attendees.

Our team provided consultations with the UHS diabetes educator, focusing on diabetes prevention and how to manage the condition if diagnosed. Additionally, they provided a group of medical screenings to the employees.
